For over 30 years, our office has provided comprehensive dentistry in Taylorsville, Utah, and we also welcome patients from the surrounding communities, including Salt Lake City, Murray, Midvale, West Jordan, Millcreek, and West Valley City, Utah. Dr. Condie and his wife, Cynthia, have four children. In addition to dentistry, his passions include fishing, skiing, and golfing.

Dr. Condie earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Utah before attending Creighton University and graduating in 1997. Each year, he attends courses on modern dentistry and dental technology.

Dr. Lucas J. Rudelich

Dr. Rudelich loves life and is married to Kristen. They have four children: Evan, Stevie, Olive, and Isaac. Dr. Rudelich loves to spend his free time at sporting events, as he is an avid supporter of University of Utah football.

Dr. Rudelich attended the USC School of Dentistry, graduating in 2012. Prior to studying dentistry, he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Chinese with a minor in chemistry. Dr. Rudelich has practiced dentistry in Taylorsville for about a year, striving to make patients feel safe and happy. He also works with Ayuda, a service group through USC that helps underprivileged children in Latin America.

Carson's journey to becoming a dentist began when he realized that he wanted a profession where he could make a meaningful impact on people's lives while working with his hands, steering clear of attic crawls. He pursued dental education at the University of Louisville in Kentucky, where he not only earned his dental degree but also met his wife, a practicing Physician Assistant.

Southwest Dental is thrilled to introduce Dr. Carson Baltazar, our latest associate partner. A native of Morgan, Utah, he learned the value of hard work from his father, a successful electrician and business owner. Carson funded his undergraduate education in Human Biology with a minor in Chemistry at Utah State University through his work with his father.

Absolutely love this office! We have been seeing Dr Nick Rudelich for 10+ years (my husband’s family has been with him probably 20+ years) and now we see Dr Luke Rudelich. Always amazing care and so easy to work with. The staff (office, techs, etc) is wonderful and always make you feel so at ease. One of the best dentists I’ve ever had!
